Concept of classroom management and organization

             The classroom is an institution and a process. As an institution, it is a collection of people existing in order to achieve particular objectives. As a process it means bringing interdependent parts,each having a special function to perform with respect to the whole. The classroom consisting of teacher and pupils make an institution. The integration of other resources with the human resources therefore makes it a productive system or organization, that must be managed.

    Classroom organization is the arranging of classroom resources in an orderly manner for Effective management. Such arrangement include :
a) opening of Windows and doors for good ventilation.
 b) centralizing the chalkboard .
 c) Arrangement of pupils with health problems where they can see the chalkboard clearly.
The arrangement of seats etc. These arrangement must make for easy movement and effective learning by learners.
   Classroom management is the process of putting classroom resources into effective use. Such resources which include the teacher, pupils or learners, equipments in the classroom, the time and space for classroom activities. In managing these resources, teachers must consider the individual differences in the learners. The introverts and the extroverts among the learners must be well managed. It means the management of the elements of the learning events.
