A 19-year-old, ace Jean-Clair Todibo has been a part of Ernesto Valverde’s first-team and made three(3) appearance for the Spanish champions this season, playing a total of 167 minutes on all competitions.
According to talkSPORT reports,
'Manchester United are hoping to sign ace Jean-Clair Todibo ,a barcelona defender this january 2020.
'United will face hard competition from Everton, Southampton and Watford in pursuit of the La Liga centre-half.
Machester united were believed to be favourites over buying him outright for a deal worth around £17m, Todibo is strong frame and incredible upper body strength. He can win most of his aerial duels with the opposition and can be a dependable defends at the back.
However, he has no experience of playing football at the senior level, so there are some arguement whether he would be able to show his best in the Premier League.
The red devil are in need to sign in more defenders when the transfer window reopens on January 2020.
Signing Todibo will surely improve Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s squad depth, but will he be able to fix their mounting defensive problems at the back?
